ALU Student Battalion: Companies

S&F MISSION

Exercise Company-level Command & Control (C2) and provide human resource, operational, and logistical support to the Army Logistics University Staff & Faculty IOT ensure relevant, world-class education and training of Sustainment leaders.

BC CDR’s INTENT:

The ALU Student Battalion is

  • Focused on support to both Cadre & Students

  • Keenly aware we exist in an Era of Persistent Conflict

  • Active in providing guidance, counsel, planning, and direction ISO all ALU schools IAW President’s priorities

Expectations for Military Cadre

  • Absolute Professionalism - We are Leaders who train Leaders; you must be the Role Model                

  • Honor & Integrity in execution of your duties

  • Live and teach the Army Values

  • Enforce the ALU Honor Code IAW Student Handbook (forthcoming)                

  • Observe & enforce OPSEC and Information Assurance

  • Be mindful of standards & regulations for CDs, email, etc.                

Maintain your personal readiness

  • Record APFT (every 6 months), BPF post run/foot march/combatives

  • If you have Profile/Physical Limitations, make sure S&F CO has copy

  • Be ready to Deploy – ensure your MEDPROS is current and GREEN

  • Manage your Career – track OER/NCOER status, boards, future jobs
