Welcome to the Combined Logistics Career Course at Fort Lee, VA 23801. While here you will be part of Alpha Company, 71st Student Battalion, Army Logistics University. There are separate requirements for the active duty resident course Combined Logistics Captains Career Course (CLC3) and the reserve components Captain Career Course (CCC). Both Courses have their specific Welcome Letter for clarity on reporting, course standards, requirements, and/company information.
You may fax (804-765-8146) your documents in prior to your arrival, or bring with you on your day of arrival. However, the sooner we receive these documents the faster your in-processing will go. (If you fax, please enclose a cover sheet in Care of: "Administrative Assistant" and follow up with an e-mail.) Note, this is the CLC3 Welcome Letter explains reporting protocol, course stands, requirements, and/company information.
The following documents are required to in-process:
Orders 15 copies unless (if you e-mail / fax, we will only need one copy)
Copy of your ORB
Copy of completion of GAT survey (https://www.sft.army.mil)
Copy of shot record (PHA, PDHRA, Dental, Vision, etc.) and medical readiness (i.e. vaccination, shots, and examinations) must be updated and "within tolerance" and provide a copy of your MEDPROS data will be turned-in to Alpha Company NLT completion of in-processing.

If you own/operate a motorcycle please provide the following documents: Motorcycle Driver’s License, Valid Insurance, and proof of safety course as well as bring in your helmet
Soldiers that are reporting for the Petroleum Officer Course will be assigned to Alpha Company and refer to the following hyperlink to obtain specific information about reporting procedures, course expectations, and additional information on obtaining temporary lodging accommodations for your duration of training. CCC-RC is comprised of 3-phased course. Please read the Welcome Letter for more information on reporting, course standards, requirements, and course/company information. The 3-phases, Phase I, II, and III are taught as follows:
PH 1: A 2 week resident course, branch specific (Ordnance, Quartermaster, Transportation)
PH II: A distance learning (DL) online course, Support Operations Course (SDO) Phase I. This course can be found at www.train.army.mil, course number 907 F30 or by following the attached directions. Log-in information is provided, by clicking on this hyper link here.
PH III: A 2-week resident course, multifunctional logistics.
Please ensure your state is tracking that MTSS has gone away. There is no dining facility or contracting lodging or transportation available to students here at Fort Lee, VA. Please review the attached MTSS Memo to provide your state. Additionally, please ensure you get your orders for all phases (I-III)
