ALU Library - Patron Account

To access your Patron Account Click Here.

Your patron account opens the door to a world of information. Through this account, you can access your account online to check the status of materials checked out or on reserve, renew items, place items on hold, request research, change your pin and communicate with the Army Logistics Library in many ways.

To register for a patron account, complete an application and present it with identification to the Circulation Desk. You will be given a Password (Pin) which is randomly generated by the system. The Alternate ID field is optional but is necessary if you wish to manage your patron account online. For this field, you will provide us an ID consisting of up to 18 characters of letters and/or numbers (not case sensitive). You will need both your Alternate ID and Password (Pin) to access your account online.

To access your account from the Army Logistics Library Webpage, click on “ Patron Account” (above) and proceed to:

(1)   “My Account” to:

• Review my Account
• Renew my Materials
• User Pin Change                     

You will need your Alternate ID and Password (Pin)          

(2)   “I Need Material” to:

• Place Hold
• Interlibrary Loan
• Recommend to Order
• Requisition Additional Copies  

You will need your Alternate ID and Password (Pin)          

(3)   “Contact Us” to send the library question and/or comment

You will need your Alternate ID (The Library will respond within 24 hours through the system.)
