The George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (MECSS)
The Marshall Center promotes dialogue and understanding among the nations of North America, Europe, Eurasia and beyond. In addition to supporting the European theater security cooperation strategies and objectives, the Marshall Center supports Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The Center also has a supporting relationship with Mongolia and Afghanistan.

Combating Terrorism Center at West Point (CTC)
CTC rigorously studies terrorist threats and provides policy-relevant research while moving the boundaries of academic knowledge. As an institution, CTC prepares cadets to think critically about the challenges they will face during war and peace. CTC also contributes to discrete advisory efforts for federal, state, and local governments including: strategic analysis, operational support, and organizational strategy design.
