16 promotion points are available via ATRRS for completion of Headstart2 by enlisted soldiers in the NCOA section of the website. According to the Defense Language Institute (DLI), the class takes about 80 to 100 hours of self-directed study to complete. Those languages that are hosted by ALMS are automatically posted to ATRRS, but for those hosted on DLI FLC the soldier will need to print out a certificate of training and then apply for the credit.
