Scope:

The Test Construction Course provides training developers, instructors, and other personnel with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop valid, criterion-referenced tests. Students learn to link learning objectives throughout the design process in order to improve the fidelity and authenticity of both hands-on and written assessments. The course also covers test item analysis and validation procedures.

Prerequisites:

Completion of the Systems Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC) is highly encouraged prior to enrollment in this course.
