Scope:

This course provides brigade, battalion and company level officers and senior NCOs with information and a basic understanding of policies and administrative guidance contained in TRADOC Regulation 350-6; and the tools, knowledge, and fundamentals to assume responsibilities/duties within a Basic Combat Training (BCT), Advanced Individual Training (AIT), or One Station Unit Training (OSUT) Company. Course length is 40 hours and Fort Lee is a regional training site.
