Scope:

Multifunctional Logistics Captains Career Course - Reserve Component Phase 3 equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform duties as a staff officer on a multifunctional sustainment staff. Training will focus on the modular force and brigade combat team logistics. Concentration is on sustainment functions (supply and field services, transportation, health service support, maintenance, and ammunition and explosive ordnance disposal) and on associated sustainment operations.

Prerequisites:

Reserve Component, 1LT (P) and above (non-waiverable), Officers from Force Sustainment branches:

QM Officer (AOC=92A) must complete the Phase 1 (2-week) course and Phase 2 of the 8-10-C23 (dL) (SOC1 and MDMP) before subject course (9-00-C23 Phase 3).

OD Officer (AOC=89A/91A) must complete the Phase 1 (2-week) course and Phase 2 of the 4-9-C23-91A (dL) (SOC1 and MDMP) before subject course (9-00-C23 Phase 3).

TC Officer (AOC 88A) must complete the Phase 2 (2-week) course and Phase 3 of the 8-55-C23 (dL) (SOC1 and MDMP) before subject course (9-00-C23 Phase 3) which is currently referred to as Phase 4.

Army Reserve Component or National Guard, 1LT (P) and above (non-waiverable), Force Sustainment Officers from Logistic Corps branches who have successfully completed an Officer Basic Course or Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC).

Upon completion of the last Phase, the above students become the 90A (LG).
